Drop Box	Drop Box synchronizes files between computers and hand-held PDAs like the iPod. This allows you to open files from anywhere, share them, edit them, and then sit back as the updates go out to each computer or device.	View the Video at DropBox.com

Vimeo Plus	Use this to share videos - your property manager or another person can take video of the park and upload it for you to view it privately. You can also use YouTube with the "private video" option enabled.	Visit Site
Vonage	If you will be making a lot of calls to your property manager, Vonage offers very low cost phone service over the internet. You will need high-speed internet (I recommend 5 Mb/s or faster) for it to make sense for you. I replaced my home phone with this service and love it.
